Our Mission

We are dedicated to creating healthy and safe communities by breaking the cycle of crime,
incarceration and substance abuse by:

• Providing comprehensive reentry and recovery services for prisoners, ex-offenders, and their families;
• Delivering effective and comprehensive services to promote self-sufficiency and personal responsibility
  for low-income individuals and other challenging populations;
• Developing and implementing substance abuse treatment, gang intervention and crime prevention programs; and
• Educating the community on criminal justice issues.
