Since 1985, Community Connection Resource Center has been a leader in delivering services that help people to overcome barriers to success and become self-sufficient. With offices in San Diego, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Fresno and Riverside counties, Community Connection specializes in services to:

    • Prisoners, former prisoners, parolees
      and probationers,
    • Substance abusers,
    • Welfare-to-Work participants, and
    • Special need populations.
